We are a small, independent exercise physiology practice run by a husband and wife team. We listen to your story, meet you where you are comfortable and work with you to meet your goals - whatever those may be. Our Exercise Physiologist James Koniw has almost a decade of experience working with a diverse range of clients, and is well-known for his friendly and enthusiastic approach to your health and wellbeing.

We offer one on one exercise physiology sessions within a gym setting. We aim for our services to be inclusive and accessible for everyone.

Clients may pay for our services via:

• NDIS (self- and plan-managed)

• Medicare & DVA

• TAC & Workcover

• Private fee paying (including private health insurance)
